E-odlot Foundation was established with notarial act prepared by the notary Karolina Hyjek-Marchel on March 3rd, 2003 in the Notarial chancellary in Poznan, ul Nowowiejskiego 20/3 (Repetytorium A nr 2311/2003). On April 9th, 2003 the Foundation was registered in KRS (National Judicial Registry) with the number: 0000158040

The main goals of the Foundation are:

- give support to informatics in form of education and increase of awareness by popularization and development of the internet as an independent medium;
- dissemination of knowledge on possibilities of a practical use for charity, marketing, promotional and information purposes;
- give free of charge instructions and general support on possibilities of benefiting from internet to people with low income;
- exchange of information and contacts with related environments of persons interested in practical use of computers or general education questions related to informatics, taking into consideration mainly youth necessities;
- to benefit from net to promote initiatives with charitable character;
- give support to the needy, with special consideration to protection of animals, natural resources and protection of the natural environment;
- monitoring and documentation of the activities taking place in the Polish internet.

The Foundation carries out its statutory goals by means of:

- organization and management of training, seminars and conferences;
- cooperation with publications with informational profile;
- analysis of ways of benefiting from the internet in Poland and cooperation with companies working with public relations in this sector;
- promotion of ideas in line with the statutory aims of the Foundation on internet websites;
- cooperation with self-governmental administrations and competent institutions, legal and physical persons with regard to the statutory aims of the Foundation;
- cooperation and exchange of information with social organizations and associations in Poland and abroad carrying out similar statutory objectives;
- publication of educational materials, bulletins and brochures linked with the statutory objectives of the Foundation;
- accumulation of material and financial resources such as: donations, inheritances, entitlements, paper titles, banking interests and income from commercial activity.
